Do I pay you anything?

No. My commission is paid by the landlord. There is no cost to you for my representation.

What credit score do I need?

Most buildings in Miami require 650+ credit, but it varies by property. Some may approve lower scores depending on income and background.

How much money do I need upfront?

Typically: First month + Last month + Security deposit. Some condos may require additional HOA application fees.

How long does HOA approval take?

Usually 5–21 days depending on the building.

Do I need to sign an agreement with you?

Yes. Before scheduling showings, I require a tenant representation agreement.

Can I apply without seeing the property?

Yes, but I always recommend viewing first unless you're relocating from out of state.

What documents will I need?

Typically: ID + Proof of income + Bank statements + Credit & Background check

Can I get approved with low credit?

Yes — many landlords are flexible depending on income, deposits, or co-signers. I’ll help position your application the right way.
